At Connections Learning Lab, it is our goal to provide a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment for all of our enrolled children. We strive to meet the needs of all learners. It is essential to us to ensure your family is a good fit for our program and likewise, we are a good fit for your family.
Enrollment Steps
Connect with us
- We require all families to participate in a facility tour. During this meeting, you will meet with one of our team members and see our space. Our inclusive philosophy, curriculum and services are explained.
- Our team will have an opportunity to discuss your child’s specific learning needs and review all documents and most recent IEP, if applicable.
- If your child is suspected of being neuro-divergent (autism, adhd, cognitive impairments, etc.), a neuropsychological exam will be strongly recommended so we are able to best address your child’s needs.
Enrollment Application
- Applications for the upcoming school year will be available for new families in March. A $100 non-refundable application fee is due at this time for the assessment process.
- Current families will have a chance to re-enroll for the next school year starting in February. A $100 non-refundable application and material fee is due at this time.
- It is required that parents provide all documentation about your child including past academic records, IEP documents, psychological evaluation, and any other relevant assessments when the application is completed.
Assessment and Interview
- Each child applying to our program will be required to complete a math and reading assessment with one of our team members. This will allow us to ensure that we can meet the needs of the child and understand the best placement in our program.
- After the assessment, we will meet with your family to review the assessment results and the proposed placement will be discussed. Parents or guardians are encouraged to provide additional insights and feedback to ensure the placement aligns with their child’s needs/goals.
Admission Decision
- After the family interview, our team will discuss and determine if your family is a good fit for our program. Parents or guardians will be notified of our decision via email and an enrollment link will be emailed upon acceptance into our program. At this time, enrollment documentation and necessary paperwork will need to be completed along with the non-refundable registration and material fee of $200 per child.
- Connections Learning Lab reserves the right to determine if our program is not the right fit for children or families.
